Yes, this starts off as an old looking building. And it looks like somebody drew some weird circle on the photo, but what started out as a strange ring on the photo clearly becomes something that’s not on the photo. A section of the building has been cut out and is moving. Yes, moving. Round and round it goes non-stop.
And no, it’s not photoshopped or some CGI modelling trick. It’s real. This building actually does this. Round and round this “Turning Building” ‘cut-out’ goes. Round and round. Why? No-one knows. It’s art.
Well, I say it does it. It did it until they broke it around Christmas time. Now it doesn’t do anything and won’t until March. But it’s still art, innit.
