I’m confused. Barak Obama, the President of the United States of America, is half white and half black. Some might call this ‘half-caste’, or more politically correctly, ‘mixed race’. Some refer to this as being ‘biracial’. But why is he constantly referred to as an ‘African-American’? He isn’t.— Christopher England just mused that!
